COMMISSION ON AGING
REGULAR MEETING AUGUST 4, 2009
Call to Order – The meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm.
A. Roll Call - PRESENT: Debra Gaudette, Chairperson, Edmond LaLiberte, Priscilla Lancaster, Mary Ann Lee, C. Edwin Carlson, Marie Fredrickson.
ABSENT: Fran Rago.

Motion to accept cost of the above amounts was made by Mary Ann Lee; seconded by Ed Carlson.
- Lillian brought in the tickets. Cost of the tickets is $6 and were distributed as follows:

Ed LaLiberte 50
Marie Fredrickson 50
Lillian Micelli is holding balance of tickets 150
Motion was made by Mary Ann Lee for Marie to obtain card for purchase of decorations and candy for Senior Picnic. It was seconded by Ed Carlson.
Marie is to contact Michelle at Town Hall for proper procedure.
Lillian will be sending out the invitations and also have the brochures printed.
Michelle reported that the New to You Thrift Shop was ding exceedingly well.

The Senior Picnic will be held on September 15, 2009 from 10:30am to 3:30pm at the Pratt & Whitney Retiree Club, 200 Clement Road, East Hartford, CT.
Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mary Ann Lee, seconded by Ed LaLiberte. Meeting adjourned at 2:30 p.m.
